How do I get a quote from you?

Do you deal with large and small shipments?
Depending on your requirements, we do deal with both daily distributions and ad hoc mailings. However, due to the nature of the business, we can provide the biggest savings on big, ad hoc mailings, specifically catalogues / parcels and international mail.
We can offer significant savings to catalogue mailings with the saying ' the more you spend, the more you save' being particularly relevant. We make the whole process easy and simple. We can download the orders directly from you, or hold the stock in our warehouse to despatch almost
instantaneously. Our aim is to provide the easiest, hassle free service possible.

How do I arrange getting my stock moved from my current supplier to you?
Once you have agreed that our business can offer a better service and better value for money than your current supplier, we can arrange to come and collect your stock from the location where it is currently being held and deliver it to our warehouse where is will be counted in. From there, we can start despatching your mailings almost
instantaneously providing you not only a quick turn around, but a good basis for a promising start for future
correspondences.

Can you despatch the same day?
We guarantee that any priority mail that is delivered to us be 10am (that is under 1 tonne and less than 10,000 items with the correct PPI) will be
despatched the same day.

Do you deal with fulfilment and distribution?
Yes, we offer both fulfilment and distribution services which is why we are the best option. We are able to save you time and resources as you will only need to contact one company whenever you need to distribute any
particular mailing. This also enables us to have a fast and efficient turn around time, and with less links in the chain, it means that there is less room for error.

What is your policy regarding stock management?
Stock
management is an important part of any service that we offer. From counting the stock in, to storing stock for you over a long period of time, we believe that it is important to ensure that our record is accurate and up to date. We can provide you with stock
management reports daily, weekly or monthly dependant on your requirements. The intake of any goods are instantly added to your database, and you will be provided with an email confirmation as soon as your stock
arrives with us.

Where are you based?
We have recently moved premises to Colwick, Nottinghamshire. It provides us with a prime location in the centre of the country, with access to a number of key roads including the M1 and A46. Due to our central location, it means that no matter where you are located within the country, we are able to reach you easily and quickly. Do you deliver international and UK catalogues?
